Here’s why it’s impossible to achieve the “perfect” body
It took me a long time to realize having the "perfect" body isn't actually attainable. Hear me out - we can love and appreciate our bodies, and we can work on achieving fitness goals. But when it comes to fitting our current beauty standards, it's IMPOSSIBLE. Why? Because our bodies are treated like fast fashion. What's in one year might be out the next. 15 Minute Deep Stretch for Splits

That is totally me right now, so I hope you will come stretch it out with me! We're gonna focus on those hamstrings, quads and hips to hopefully get into those splits! I'll be using yoga blocks to assist me, but you can do them without yoga blocks or with a item you do have, like pillows, instead.
