In my Belle's Beast Mode Bootcamp video, I asked you guys which Disney princess you'd want to work out with next and I'm soooooo happy most of you said Ariel!!!! I had lots of fun coming up with the exercise names & picking out the perfect Ariel costume. Today, we're doing Ariel's quick ab workout with 7 moves, 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Having a solid routine helps me set a strong tone for the day so that I can conquer any challenges coming my way. I practice this routine religiously Monday through Friday. Healthy Cooking Challenge with what's left in my fridge...

I know that you guys have been having a lot of fun with me over the past few weeks on the spinning wheel exercise videos, so this week I decided to take things to a new level!! I invited Jackelyn over for a sister vs. sister cookoff...with a twist. We let the mystery wheel decide our ingredients!! Oh my gosh you guys, if you could have been in that kitchen! Things got CA-RAAAZY, food was everywhere, there were tears...It was such a fun time! In the end Sam judged our meals, so you will have to stick around to see what we came up with!

OMG just thinking of "Dead Giveaway" makes me laugh. Anyway, I met The Gregory Brothers at the YouTube Creator Summit last year and I was like ummmmm would you be interested in collaborating!!??? I was so happy when they said yes! That is how this random music video came to be.

नास्तिक भी योग के प्रयोग में उसी तरह प्रवेश पा सकता है जैसे आस्तिक। योग नास्तिक-आस्तिक की भी चिंता नहीं करता है। विज्ञान आपकी धारणाओं पर निर्भर नहीं होता; विपरीत, विज्ञान के कारण आपको अपनी धारणाएं परिवर्तित करनी पड़ती हैं। कोई विज्ञान आपसे किसी प्रकार के बिलीफ, किसी तरह की मान्यता की अपेक्षा नहीं करता है। विज्ञान सिर्फ प्रयोग की, एक्सपेरिमेंट की अपेक्षा करता है।
