I love the mornings. No phones ringing. No notifications. Total peace. It's the perfect time to take advantage of the calmness and start your day on a productive note! I always like to wake up and go to the gym, do a PIIT workout, some POP Pilates, or a simple stretch routine!! Do this 10-move stretch routine before you leave for work or school in the morning to wake up your body for the day! I didn’t eat for 3 days
I did an experiment and wanted to see what would happen if I didn’t eat any solid food for 3 days. I put myself on a 3 day juice cleanse. Yup. Never thought I’d be saying that. I decided to try a juice cleanse because my body was in a complete state of chaos after my Hawaii vacation where I ate EVERYTHING my soul desired. Unfortunately, I got so bloated and started breaking out like crazy. My body was NOT happy. So, here’s a vlog about my entire juice cleanse experience using Pressed Juicery.

ABC Abs 2.0 Workout
Because Halloween is coming up, I decided to bring one of my scariest workouts back from the dead: ABC Abs!! This time, I'll be going through the alphabet with different Halloween costumes, while we spell out all 26 letters with our legs and abs. It's a total core killer!! Your abs will die. Inner & Outer Thigh Pyramid Workout - 600 reps!
Probably one of the hardest thigh workouts I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD. My legs were shaking and screaming. So what's a pyramid workout you ask? Basically we start with 1 rep only of each of the six moves then work our way up to 10 reps, and then work our way back to 1! If you did the math.. yep, that's 100 REPS. PER MOVE. OMG. The moves are: 1. Froggers 2. Sideways Scissors 3. Leg Circles (Right) 4. Windshield wipers (Right) 5. Leg Circles (Left) 6. Windshield Wipers (Left) Workout starts at 1:07! Pyramid Ab Workout - 500 reps!
Today, we're gonna be climbing a mountain... of abs! We'll start each move with one rep, climb all the way up to ten reps, and then climb back down! नास्तिक भी योग के प्रयोग में उसी तरह प्रवेश पा सकता है जैसे आस्तिक। योग नास्तिक-आस्तिक की भी चिंता नहीं करता है। विज्ञान आपकी धारणाओं पर निर्भर नहीं होता; विपरीत, विज्ञान के कारण आपको अपनी धारणाएं परिवर्तित करनी पड़ती हैं। कोई विज्ञान आपसे किसी प्रकार के बिलीफ, किसी तरह की मान्यता की अपेक्षा नहीं करता है। विज्ञान सिर्फ प्रयोग की, एक्सपेरिमेंट की अपेक्षा करता है।
