Today is the 10 year anniversary of Blogilates! EEEEEEEE! That's a squeal, btw. It is so surreal to think, in 2009, I started uploading videos to YouTube for my pilates students that I thought NO ONE would ever see! I can't believe how lucky I am to be able to be a fitness trainer & friend to over 4.7 million of you now! I hope you guys love this look at the past 10 years! It's crazy to see how much has changed (like my hair, haha) and how much has stayed the same (booty taps for life)!

नास्तिक भी योग के प्रयोग में उसी तरह प्रवेश पा सकता है जैसे आस्तिक। योग नास्तिक-आस्तिक की भी चिंता नहीं करता है। विज्ञान आपकी धारणाओं पर निर्भर नहीं होता; विपरीत, विज्ञान के कारण आपको अपनी धारणाएं परिवर्तित करनी पड़ती हैं। कोई विज्ञान आपसे किसी प्रकार के बिलीफ, किसी तरह की मान्यता की अपेक्षा नहीं करता है। विज्ञान सिर्फ प्रयोग की, एक्सपेरिमेंट की अपेक्षा करता है।
