12 Minutes to Burn Fat - Low Impact Cardio Workout
You're not gonna need a yoga mat for today's 12 Minutes to Toned workout, but you WILL need your sneakers cuz we're about to get our heart rates WAYYYY up. The whole cardio workout is apartment friendly, too!!
