4 Min to a HOT BODY Workout

Possibly one of the craziest 4 min POP Pilates challenges I've ever done. This one is difficult, so please do the beginner variation until your become stronger. Also, if your elbows are sensitive, you can replace the "down down up up" part with a pushup which will allow you to stay on your palms the whole time. This combo works your total body! You will be toning up everything PLUS burning fat with that little plank jack at the end of the combo. Have fun!

RECIPE BELOW: Ingredients: 4 slices low sodium turkey 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites 1⁄4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained 1 tablespoon hot sauce 1⁄4 cup chopped bell peppers 1⁄2 green onion, chopped Salt and pepper TOTAL PER SERVING (2 muffins): $1.04 Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray four large muffin tins with cooking spray and place 1 slice of turkey in each.

Fat Burning Ladder for Toned Thighs and Sculpted Abs

No, you don't need a ladder! It's equipment free. This is a timed HIIT (high intensity interval training) and fat burning, muscle toning routine! Here's how it works: The first round, you do each move for 45 sec each. Second round is 30 sec a move. And third and final round is 20 sec a move. The moves are: 1. Froggy hops 2. Pushup plank 3. Inner Thigh lunge 4. Criss-cross abs Have fun!

How to do a Headstand (for Beginners)

Doing something a lil different today! I've been working really hard on perfecting my yoga headstand and I FINALLY can do it without any assistance! So it's time to show you how to do one too. Be careful though! This will take time, patience, and lots of practice. It took me a few months with tons of falling. What I Eat in a Day (healthy slimming recipe ideas!)

Alrighty guys, so you asked me to show you what I ate in a day so I chose a random day and recorded everything I ate! This is a pretty typical food day for me given that it's summer so there's lots of fresh veggies and salads. My meals will generally change throughout the seasons but it's usually high protein and low carb. I will have a YOLO meal or a cheat meal once a week if I need it! जिन्हें हम धर्म कहते हैं वे विश्वासों के साथी हैं। योग विश्वासों का नहीं है, जीवन सत्य की दिशा में किए गए वैज्ञानिक प्रयोगों की सूत्रवत प्रणाली है। इसलिए पहली बात मैं आपसे कहना चाहूंगा वह यह कि  योग विज्ञान है, विश्वास नहीं। योग की अनुभूति के लिए किसी तरह की श्रद्धा आवश्यक नहीं है। योग के प्रयोग के लिए किसी तरह के अंधेपन की कोई जरूरत नहीं है।

नास्तिक भी योग के प्रयोग में उसी तरह प्रवेश पा सकता है जैसे आस्तिक। योग नास्तिक-आस्तिक की भी चिंता नहीं करता है। विज्ञान आपकी धारणाओं पर निर्भर नहीं होता; विपरीत, विज्ञान के कारण आपको अपनी धारणाएं परिवर्तित करनी पड़ती हैं। कोई विज्ञान आपसे किसी प्रकार के बिलीफ, किसी तरह की मान्यता की अपेक्षा नहीं करता है। विज्ञान सिर्फ प्रयोग की, एक्सपेरिमेंट की अपेक्षा करता है।
