The best time for me to get more flexible is right before bed. Not only are my muscles most supple at this moment, at the end of the day, right after a shower, but stretching REALLY relaxes me and prepares me for a deep sleep. So, if you're looking to increase your overall body flexibility, do this video every night before bed and you'll see a difference in your range of motion in as fast as a week!
