Morning Flexibility ❤️ 25 Min Deep Stretch & Yoga Flow

This full body yoga routine is a great practice for anyone. The class starts with a gentle seated warm-up, opening up the spine, chest and shoulders, and moves into a reclined hamstring stretch. We'll open up the hips with butterfly pose, and then move into the standing sequence which gets into the full + side body. The sequence ends with camel pose, a gentle twist and child's pose to rest.
