Loving Kindness Meditation ❤️ Guided Healing Practice To Develop Compassion

Hello sweet friends. This is a 15-minute guided meditation that I shared on my Instagram and wanted to share with you all here. Loving Kindness, also known as "Metta" is a meditation designed to help you develop compassion for yourself and others. In today’s meditation practice, I will guide you through offering loving kindness towards yourself, others and all beings. The phrases are: May you be happy, may you be well, may you be comfortable and at peace. This is a powerful healing meditation that is proven to relieve anxiety and stress and to increase feelings of wellbeing.

Yin Yoga Class With Props ❤️ 1 Hour All Levels Practice

A 60-minute yin yoga class to release tension in the body and melt stress away. This practice is all about slow and steady conscious breathing as well as listening to your body and watching your mind. We will hold each pose for 2-3 minutes each. Do not force anything. The class will begin by bringing ourselves into the present moment by setting an intention, then we'll move into seated stretches and a main sequence including full body stretches, twists and a little core work! The class ends with gentle stretches lying down, and then we will practice one of my favorite breath work techniques- all to assist you in relaxing and letting go of stress.
