Wake Up Morning Yoga - Balance Body & Mind ❤️ 25 Min Practice + Meditation
Hey yogis! Here is an energizing yoga flow to help wake you up in the morning. We'll start with a full head to toe warm-up before moving around our mats, into our standing sequence. Ending with a little bit of core work and supine twists. We'll spend the last 2 minutes doing a body-scan meditation before setting our intention for the day. Evening Yin Yoga with Affirmations for Sleep & Relaxation
Enjoy this 45 minute yin yoga class to help prepare you for a deep, restful night's sleep. It's a full body stretch with chest and hip openers, hamstring stretches, twists, a supported inversion and relaxing savasana at the end. In each pose you'll hear me state one affirmation which you are encouraged to internally repeat to yourself. The purpose of these affirmations is to give your mind something to focus on. Warrior Yoga Flow ❤️ 15 Min Practice For Balance & Strength
This sequence of the five classic warrior poses is the perfect short yoga practice of standing poses to work on overall balance and strength. We'll move through a sun salutation vinyasa flow, and a main sequence combining Warrior I, Humble Warrior, Balancing Warrior III, Warrior II and finally, Reverse Warrior. We'll hold the postures for 3-5 breaths to allow time to settle into each stretch.
