15 minute MOBILITY Yoga for Posture, Upper Back Pain & Fix Rounded Shoulders

Rounded shoulders are a common postural problem that can cause pain, feelings of isolation and if not addressed it can compromise your body over time.  In this video we use a combination of yoga and mobility exercises to target your shoulders, chest, upper back & middle back/thoracic spine to improve your posture & fix rounded shoulders.
