Today we are making fruit leathers! We all loved them as kids so let's bring them back healthy style. This is a delicious on the go snack that is all natural and vegan. Recipe below: 2 cups frozen cherries, thawed 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons Truvia Parchment paper Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Blend everything until smooth. Pour onto a parchment lined jelly roll pan and spread out very thinly and evenly. Use two pans, if needed, to make extra. Bake for 2 ½ - 3 hours or until completely cooked and no longer soft. Remove to cool.

PUMPKIN PIE MUG CAKE Recipe below: ¼ cup oat flour 2 tablespoons Truvia ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ scoop vanilla protein powder Pinch salt ¼ cup canned pumpkin 1 egg 1/8 cup almond milk ½ graham cracker sheet, crushed Mix the oat flour through salt in a bowl.
